Perfect for rooms up to 500 square feet, the Friedrich UET12B33A uses 12,000 BTUs of power and ideal for through-wall replacements or new construction. This Friedrich Uni-Fit TTW AC offers year-round comfort thanks to cooling, heating and fan modes.
Backed by a 5-year warranty, this AC is packed with programmable features, efficient design and more.
**This model uses a NEMA 6 - 20 plug type. This is a 250-volt/20-amp, 3-prong plug with a face that looks like this:

A wall sleeve is required. The chassis is designed to fit any existing wall sleeve between 24.5 and 27 inches in width. If you’re using this for new construction, get this Friedrich sleeve.

This unit slipped right into the existing sleeve from an Amana unit. It keeps the room very cold, which is important during the long Texas summer. We had another Friedrich window unit that was over 20 years old and still functioned perfectly. Hopefully will get many years of use from the new one.
