the sleeve is built welll . but when the air cond is put into the sleeve there is to much space left around the rear of the air cond and the sleeve . the rear fin that came with the air cond needs to be made bigger or the sleeve needs to be made so there is not as much space betwen the sleeve and the rear of the air cond . also the gasket thay use will not last long. in time i will have to find diffant type seal and replace it.

This was an unopened box, but I thought it would have been inspected before it was sent to me. It was in parts with NO extra screws at all. The back vent shield did not fit, had to rig it with wires, it was too small, in fact none of the 3-4 vent shield fit. ALL were too small and had to be rigged. The installation directions were not included, so I found them online, but they were terrible and assumed that we had all the right parts, but they were NOT in the box. All in all, I am glad we are creative, bc we made it work with other materials, but no thanks to the contents or condition of the sleeve I ordered.
