You can set it outside and duct cool air into the building, or park it indoors and direct airflow into a sealed room. It is made in the USA for repeated commercial deployments.

A variable frequency drive on the condenser keeps the system cooling in ambient temperatures from 30 to 110 degrees F. Output holds steady through a heat wave on an open lot and on a cool morning beside a server rack. You can set the thermostat anywhere from 60 to 99 degrees F to suit the space.
