This is second time we have replaced a filter over the years we have owned two units. The filters replace easily - the old filter has gathered an enormous amount of stuff we'd otherwise been breathing in.

I accidentally purchased the wrong cartridge - my own fault as I have a ""Plus"" version of the Austin Air HealthMate Cleaner. I just didnt read the item listing correctly. However, this one works just fine and is just without the VOC removing capilbilities now. You pay approximately $100 more for those cartridges. I recommend this company for purchasing Austin Air replacement filters, as the shipping was free and I received it fairly quickly.
