Description
The Broan AE80 Flex Series Bathroom Exhaust Fans feature ceiling or room side installation options and carry the Energy Star rating for efficient operation in rooms up to 75 sq. ft. Ultra-quiet, these fans all operate at a mere 0.7 sones.
You can select from three different 80 CFM single-speed fans, depending on your specific ventilation requirements. All three fans feature new duct damper technology which provides a tighter seal with reduced cold and warm air backdrafts.
Single Speed Fan Options
- Broan AE80K: This model features Broan’s CLEANCOVER™ Grille with a low profile, streamline design with fewer vent slots to collect dust and dirt.
- Broan AE80BL: If you need additional light, this model includes a built-in LED light for illuminating, as well as ventilating your bathroom.
- Broan AE80SL: For additional light plus humidity-sensing technology, this model includes the LED light plus Broan’s Sensaire humidity sensor for automatic fan operation.
Featured Specifications
- Energy Star Certified: All three fans are equipped with a DC motor for efficiency well beyond Energy Star requirements.
- HVI Certified: This fixture complies with new testing technologies and procedures with static pressure of 0.1 in.
- UL Listed: Meets UL and cUL standards for safe use over bathtubs and showers with GFCI circuit.
- Simple Installation: A unique telescoping mounting frame fits through retrofit opening for easy room-side installation without attic access. Features mounting frame tabs for vertical positioning in new construction.
- Controls: These fans can use on/off switch, mechanical timer switch, or relay-switched controls. This includes the Broan Sensaire Humidity Sensing Wall Control (82W). Also compatible with Broan Overture Connected IAQ System.
- Rugged Housing: Constructed from 26-gauge galvanized steel with 4-inch round polymeric duct connector with 2-inch tapered sleeve.
- Quiet Operation: Permanently lubricated motor with balanced centrifugal blower wheel for quiet and efficient operation.
