The Broan ONE BLP150E75 Energy Recovery Ventilator is a one-size-fits-all residential ventilation system designed to effectively and efficiently deliver fresh air to single-family homes, townhomes, and multi-family developments.
This model is rated to provide fresh air exchanges with a sensible recovery efficiency of 84 percent at 32 degrees F and a fan efficacy of 2.1 CFM/Watt used at 64 CFM. It features flexible mounting and positioning options, intuitive technology powered by Broan’s AI that can save technicians up to 20 minutes per unit on installations, and a reliable crossflow recovery core.
Flexible Field Installation
- Airflow Configuration: With the flip of one integrated switch, a technician can instantly change the airflow direction, eliminating the need for contractors to buy different models to accommodate mirrored floorplans.
- Mounting Options: Horizontal or wall mount options provide location flexibility.
- Integrated LCD Screen: A small, integrated LCD screen lets users see real-time CFM and watt usage values. When not in use, a locking lid covers the screen.
- Low-Profile Design: This model measures less than 10 inches high for versatile installation.
Virtuo Technology
- Auto-Balancing: Once the ERV is installed, a technician can easily balance the system using Broan’s auto-balancing Virtuo Technology, which automatically detects a space's maximum and minimum airflow needs.
- Self-Adjusting: The ERV automatically detects pressure changes in real time and alters its operations accordingly to keep the system running smoothly.
- Automatic Alerts: If the system detects a serious issue, like a blockage, it will send increasingly urgent alerts to the user’s connected devices and controls.

- Diamond Crossflow Core: Broan gave this machine a full polypropylene diamond-shaped crossflow core that is highly durable and effective.
- ECM PMSM Motor: This ERV uses the same electronically commutated motor found in Broan’s AI series ERVs.

Interior Ready Model Option
You can select the Broan One Energy Recovery Ventilator as an “Interior Ready” version (BLP150E75NS-HWF) with a prefinished white access door and trim kit that can be mounted easily in a ceiling or wall cavity. This model allows greater installation flexibility, a cohesive look, and easy maintenance access. The pre-finished white access door securely hides the ERV's internal components and can be painted to match a space's interior.

- Hardwired or Power Cord Options: This model is available as a hardwired unit or with a connected 3-foot power cord.
- Washable MERV 8 Filter: A washable MERV 8 filter comes standard with the ERV.
- Optional Upgraded Filter: An optional upgraded MERV 13 filter can be used alongside the standard MERV 8 filter for additional filtration capability.
- Removable Maintenance Door: If space is limited, an HVAC professional can easily remove the BLP150E75’s access door to access or service the recovery core and other parts.
