The Roomside Series skips both steps, so you can do the whole retrofit from inside the room. The fan line comes in 4 configurations, from a fan-only model to one with light and humidity sensing.

  • Fan with Light (BEL8): The BEL8 adds integrated LED lighting to the base fan, so one ceiling fixture both ventilates and lights the room. It weighs 7.4 pounds.
  • Humidity Sensing Fan (BES8): The BES8 adds humidity-sensing technology to the base fan to fight moisture buildup without a light. It weighs 7.3 pounds.
  • Humidity Sensing Fan with Light (BELS8): The BELS8 combines the LED lighting of the BEL8 with the humidity sensing of the BES8 in a single fixture. At 7.7 pounds, it's the fully equipped model.
