Installation
With three straight metal blades, this fan comes with a 16-inch downrod. It needs to be wired up to electrical standards, but professional installation isn’t required.
The AA5 speed wall control is required for operation.

I needed 8 fans for my shop building so I thought I'd give these a try by ordering 4. I'm impressed with the quality and the control switches designed to go with them. I will be ordering 4 more. They hang from a very robust J-hook that has to be bolted through. It was designed for a metal building and I have wood framing, but I was able to mount them by drilling through the back of the metal ceiling box I had mounted to a 2x10 fastened between ceiling joists. The J-bolt threads were just long enough to mount it this way.
