All I see are positive observations of the DeLonghi tower heater. I use it in ECO mode all the time. The fan noise increases a little until it reaches the set temperature then quiets down. I would buy another one if needed and I would recommend it. I still haven't looked at any of the paperwork that came with it. I see nothing complicated with the setup or operation of the DeLonghi tower heater.
