Warm up any basement, garage, studio apartment, dorm or similar living space with the Dr. Infrared Heater DR998 Elite Series Space Heater + Humidifier. Using infrared heating, this 24.5-pound heater supplies supplemental heating up to 1,000 square feet with 5,200 BTUs of heat. The ultrasonic humidifier adaptor allows you to infuse your space with refreshing mist to quell the negative effects of dry air.
Other features include a remote control, adjustable thermostat, tip over protection, overheat protection, oscillation, electrostatic filter, and more.
Heater + Humidifier + Fan
Enjoy the benefits 3 products in one with this infrared heater. Designed to work in conjunction with each other or independently, this heater, fan, humidifier combination becomes a product for year-round enjoyment. Use the fan independently of the heat and humidifier when the weather warms up, and use the heat function alone without the humidifier and fan. Of course, all 3 functions can be used together to help diffuse heat, spread moisture, and heat the room, eliminating the need for a separate humidifier.
Humidifier Adaptor
Unlike other infrared heaters, this freestanding floor heater features a humidifier adaptor for creating soft ultrasonic mist, infusing the air with cool moisture to protect against dry nasal passages. The 500 ml water bottle attaches to the humidifier adaptor and plugs into the back of the heater. Use the humidifier in conjunction with the fan, with or without heat, for year-round use.
Energy Efficient: Infrared Quartz Heating
Using infrared radiant heating, this 16-inch high floor heater warms under the skin and infuses objects with warmth. Best for warming spaces up to 1,000 square feet, the quartz infrared tube and the positive temperature coefficient (PTC) ceramic heating element feature 100,000 hours of use for extended heater life. Additionally, infrared heating helps reduce aches and pains associated with arthritis and injuries, improves circulation, and won’t dry out the air.

- Adjustable Thermostat: Set your ideal temperature between 50 – 86 degrees F.
- Tip Over Protection: The heater will turn off if tipped in any direction to prevent unsafe operating conditions.
- Overheat Protection: Shuts the heater off in the event unsafe operating temperatures are detected or if the air inlet is obstructed.
- Remote Control: Control the heater modes from across the room with the included remote control.
- Cool Touch Exterior: The wood cabinet is cool to the touch for safe use around kids and pets.
- Heat Settings: Heat with 3 heat settings—high (1,500-watts), low (1,000-watts), and Auto for energy-efficient heating.
- Fan Only: Operate as a fan without heat, with or without the humidifier, for year-round use.
- Oscillation: Front air inlet features left to right oscillation louvers for heat dispersal.
- Timer: Set the automatic shut-off timer between 1 – 12 hours.
- Caster Wheels: Roll the heater from room-to-room with the caster wheels.
