Description
Description
Checking carpeted and padded areas of your home for signs of excess humidity is quick and easy when you use the Dri-Eaz HydroSensor I. The Dri-Eaz HydroSensor Moisture Probe was engineered to detect moisture that may lie beneath the visible surface of walls, furniture, cushions, carpets, and floors. The device indicates the presence of moisture with a flashing light, located on the HydroSensor, and a beeping sound that will correspond to the amount of moisture the device has detected.

- Probe Tips - The 7/8-inch Dri-Eaz HydroSensor Moisture Probe (108074, formerly F245) tips are long enough to penetrate shag carpet, flooring materials, and cushion. The probe tips are also capable of sensing urine residue in carpets. When used with care, moisture can also be detected in ceilings, walls, and furniture.
- 31-Inch Reach - The 31-inch reach is a durable, stainless steel, 1-piece shaft that makes accessing hard-to-reach places easy on the back.
- Transponder - The HydroSensor I's transponder emits a series of beeps at intervals that correspond to the amount of moisture detected.
- Flashing Light - The device includes a flashing light on the HydroSensor. The rate at which the light flashes will depend upon the amount of moisture the probes have detected.
