Info & Guides

Eliminate mold-causing humidity in confined spaces with the Dri-Eaz PHD 200 Dehumidifier. This efficient, large-capacity crawl space dehumidifier is compact in size, durable, and has a practical design for tight spaces. It can even be suspended when needed.

Made in the USA with quality components and construction, this rugged dehumidifier is a reliable, commercial-grade unit. It’s equipped with an internal condensate pump, for unsupervised operation in crawl spaces, basements, attics, or any large area that is not temperature-controlled.

Powerful Dehumidification

The Dri-Eaz PHD 200 Dehumidifier removes 74 pints of damaging moisture per day in AHAM conditions (80 degrees F, 60% RH), and approximately 120 pints per day in nearly saturated conditions (90 degrees F, 90% RH). It features 2 operating modes and a digital control panel for selection and display of the total number of hours run, and the inlet temperature and humidity levels.

  • Humidistat Mode: Maximize moisture removal efficiency by setting a desired humidity level. The dehumidifier's compressor and fan cycle on and off to maintain this preset level.
  • Continuous Mode: Allows you to reduce the humidity fast with no downtime. The temperature and relative humidity are displayed on the control panel in real time for convenient tracking.

Electronic, Wireless Control

The Dri-Eaz PHD 200 dehumidifier features the Command Hub, compatible with the Command Center App available from the Apple Store and Google Play Store. With Command Hub you can track job hours on multiple units in various locations, inlet & outlet temperature and humidity levels, GPP, purge pump operation, and error codes.

    Would definitely buy again.

Quite pleased with this unit. It's being used in a 500 square foot double garage with no insulation. A particularly nasty garage area in that it's tucked in a hill and stays cold, when it gets warm outside the cinder block walls condense something fierce. No sign of that problem any longer. It's not exactly quiet, but it's not obnoxious by any stretch of the imagination. No louder than any other floor standing dehumidifier. I would be remiss not to mention that I immediately added stainless casters to ease moving around, it is 65 pounds. Mounting these casters into the excellent quality blow molded chassis was a breeze. I'm generally horrified about touch screens on appliances for fear of failuer. But the interface to all the functions is quite intuitive and I hope not prone to failure. The unit functions very well, although I did have one frightening moment seeing an overcurrent failure alarm, but a power cycle solved it. And that's in about 45 days of continuous operation. I was surprised how useful the usage function bar graph chart is. Using this to tell the history of when and how often the unit ran, as well as monitor inlet and outlet temperatures and humidity, proved quite helpful to get an idea about use and environment. You can literally say it ran 5 times on Wednesday, at these times. I think I'd be pretty annoyed if I didn't have that feature on any other dehumidifiers in the future. Automatic condensate pump seems sufficient, I haven't…

    Dri-Eaz PHD200 - rock solid reliable

I replaced a well known brand of ""crawlspace"" dehumidifier with a Dri-Eaz PHD200. Aside from not having a built in condensate pump, two of these units failed on me after a little over a years time on each. My original PHD200 has been going strong for 5+ years now. It was my original crawlspace dehumidifier which I moved to the garage a little over two years ago. The new Dri-Eaz PHD200 is now in crawlspace and I have no concerns whatsoever about premature failure. Built in pump, easy to move, and rock solid reliable. Highly recommended!!
