How it Works

During operation, the Ebac WM150 uses a refrigeration system to remove excess moisture from the air. Humid air is drawn into the unit by a high-powered internal fan. It passes over a cold evaporator coil where moisture is condensed into a collection container inside. Dehumidified air is then re-heated by a heat recovery system and released into your space as comfortably dry air. This process continues, and the relative humidity in your space is gradually reduced for as long as the unit operates.

Automatic Dehumidifying and Draining

The Ebac WM150 Dehumidifier includes an adjustable humidistat for automatic humidity control and a high-capacity internal condensate pump for reliable continuous draining. These features are ideal for uniform and round-the-clock humidity control without user intervention. To setup the dehumidifier, simply choose the desired humidity setting you want to maintain, connect and route the included drain hose to your desired draining point, and start restoring healthy humidity in your space.
