The Friedrich 15,000 BTU ZoneAire Premier PTAC w/ Electric Heat offers a 10.6 Energy Efficiency Ratio, easy controls, and durable construction, making this commercial-grade PTAC a top choice for the hospitality industry. Its 12,000 BTU air conditioner and 5kW electric coil heater can heat and cool large hotel rooms, dorms, and offices up to 800 square feet with its powerful airflow of 341 CFM.
- Digital Controls: View and adjust the temperature, mode (cooling, heating, or fan-only), and fan speed (low, medium, and high) with easy-to-use digital controls.
- Air Filtration: Remove harmful airborne particles easily for clean heated or cool air.
- Dehumidifier: Removes up to 3.1 pints of excess moisture every hour.

- 230-208V: This unit is ideal for spaces up to 800 square feet or less. It features a 10.4/10.6 EER. (PDE15K3SGR3)
- 265V: For more powerful heating and cooling, this unit features a 10.6 EER for spaces up to 800 square feet. (PDE15R3SGR3)
Powerful and Durable Temperature Control
This PTAC features 15,000 BTUs of cooling power and a 5 kW electric coil heater strengthened by its 3-speed fan. It's built with energy-conserving features and durable materials to provide years of heating and cooling.
- Stainless Steel Durability: The Friedrich PTAC uses stainless steel parts and a powder-coated finish to avoid rust and corrosion.
- Improved Air Distribution: The tangential blower wheel has almost five times the surface area of a typical PTAC fan and creates even air distribution.
- Temperature Monitoring: Features a built-in thermostat that monitors the temperature every nine minutes to maintain desired temperatures.

The Friedrich 14,700 BTU PTAC unit was built for comfort and peace of mind throughout the day.
- Quiet Operation: Two permanently lubricated fans and sound-reducing insulation keep noise levels low. Thick steel inner walls and foam further decrease energy loss and noise levels.
- Two-Motor Design: Features one indoor and one outdoor motor. This permits the indoor motor to run slower, reducing indoor sound levels without giving up heating or cooling power
- Advanced Coil Design: This adds more surface heated area and allows for more efficient airflow.
- Eco-Friendly Refrigerant: The R-32 refrigerant possesses low global warming potential.
- Electronic Temperature Limiting: Easily adjust the low and high-temperature range to reduce energy usage.
- Central System Capable: Connect to a hotel's energy management system with an energy management thermostat, to enable remote staff control. This provides control of the unit's energy usage, earning it an 11.6 EER, and saving money.

Friedrich PTACs now offers a universal heater cord to increase energy efficiency in spaces that don’t need as much heating and cooling power. Exchange the standard 30-amp, 5kW heat output included with this unit for a 20-amp, 3kW heater cord, which is available for purchase.
