The Friedrich ZoneAire Premier PTAC Electric Heat line handles both with a 2-motor design that lets the indoor fan run slower while the outdoor motor does the heavy work. You get room-by-room comfort control for hotels and dorms.
The ZoneAire Premier is also built for maintenance crews. Stainless steel parts and a powder-coated finish resist rust and corrosion. A modular layout gives you direct access to components. If a property has dozens of rooms, that cuts the time each service call takes.

- 265V Model PDE15R3SGR3: This model is rated for 260-280 volts and runs through a 7-20P plug on a 2.3-foot cord. It draws up to 5.3 amps and 1,400 watts when cooling, and its electric heat ranges from 8,300 to 17,000 BTU at 18.9 amps. Adjustable louvers let you aim the airflow.
