With its efficient heat pump, Friedrich’s line of ZoneAire® Premier Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners is designed to make individual cooling and heating easy and cost-effective. Easy to use and designed for quiet operation property owners will wonder how they ever survived without it. Perfect for hotels, offices, and more, this line features models capable of cooling and heating single rooms up to 650 square feet.

Note: This unit requires a 265-volt electrical outlet.

Multiple Cooling and Heat Pump Options

With four models to choose from, the ZoneAire® Premier Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner makes it easy to find the right one for your building. Its heat pump design makes it a more efficient option than electric heat.

  • For Spaces Up to 300 Square Feet: Choose the Friedrich PDH07R3SG and 7,200 BTUs of cooling power plus 6,000 BTUs of heating power. It has an Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of 13.0.
  • For Spaces Up to 400 Square Feet: Using 9,400 BTUs of cooling and 8,300 BTUs of heating power, the Friedrich PDH09R3SG features an EER of 12.1.
  • For Spaces Up to 550 Square Feet: The Friedrich PDH12R3SG has 11,800 BTUs (cooling) and 10,600 BTUs (heating) of power plus an EER of 11.6.
  • For Spaces Up to 650 Square Feet: In the larges of rooms, turn to the Friedrich PDH15R5SG. With an EER of 10.4, it has a cooling performance of 14,500 BTUs and heating performance of 13,300 BTUs.
