I appreciated the quick 2-day delivery when my old unit started giving me trouble. This unit is great quality overall, especially for the price. I've occasionally heard a rattle on one side when it kicks on but it doesn't affect the performance, and placing an object against it keeps it running quiet. (Didn't seem worth returning, if it persists I will contact the manufacturer.) In general, it's pretty quiet. It cools a roughly 700 sq ft, high ceiling open room very well. The lights are pretty bright, so if you're sensitive to that, you'll want to cover them at night. Overall, would recommend.

Great window AC unit!! It was extremely easy to install and does a great job cooling a fairly large guest bedroom and bathroom! Have owned several Friedrich units before and their efficiency and performance can't be beat!! This unit is no exception!! Very happy with this purchase!!
