Create cool and warm conditions with the Friedrich Uni-Fit 14,000 BTU Thru-the-Wall AC with Heater. It creates heating and cooling for areas between 700 and 750 square feet and is great for renovated living areas, waiting rooms, or workshops. The Friedrich GO app makes it easy to control from any phone or tablet when you're on the go or at home.
Other features include three fan speeds, QuietMaster Technology, fan-only mode, and more.
This smaller Uni-Fit easily fits with 24.5 - 27-inch sleeves.

Easy to replace old existing wall unit. Came with a lot of foam so it has a nice tight fit in the wall with no gaps. AC unit appears to be very efficient and has been able to keep up even on 100F days. It is quieter than my old unit, but still loud when the fan is on the highest setting. 10/10 recommend if a wall unit is the only option you have.

The unit was defective. Friedrich would not honor the warranty. Many promises to replace unit, but would never happen. Took many phone calls and emails through many customer service reps to finally get a refund, but less than purchase price. Worst customer service ever
