Eliminating excess moisture helps prevent the growth of mold and mildew, which can impede your health and cause structural issues.

Premium Light Fixture: This decorative bathroom exhaust fan with light has a frosted glass shade and includes one chrome and one matte black finial to customize the design to match the room's finish.
Safety Certifications: This Good Housekeeping fan is HVI-certified, cETLus compliant, and ETL-listed, meeting the Home Ventilating Institute and North American performance, electrical, and safety standards for installation above bathtubs and showers when connected to a GFCI circuit.
Ultra-Quiet Operation: Operates at an ultra-quiet 2.0 sones, similar to the noise from a quiet office space.

Simple Installation

This residential bath fan includes a permanently lubricated motor and an installation kit with all the necessary hardware for replacing an old fan or for new installations.

Flush Ceiling Mounting: It can be installed into any ceiling with its flush mounting design and adjustable hanging bars. This unit is not meant for wall installation, and the ceiling must have at least a 12/12 pitch (45 degrees) with the ductwork pointing upward.

Two Wiring Configurations: This 120V 140W exhaust fan and light can be wired to the same or independent switches.
Lighting: The 12-inch round light shade has a screwless design to easily insert two max 15W A-15 LED or CLF light bulbs (not included).
