Description
The Hanna GroLine Waterproof Portable pH/EC/TDS Meter is designed specifically for hydroponic growers. Equipped with a specialized electrode which combines its 3 sensors into a single probe, this rugged unit can be used in tough growing environments.
Also useful for growers using aquaponics and traditional greenhouses, it includes an integrated temperature sensor.
Simplify Nutrient Testing
The Hanna Groline Waterproof Portable Meter can test pH, conductivity (EC/TDS), and temperature all in one instrument. The three sensors are housed in a durable polypropylene single-body design which protects them from damage.
- pH Electrode: Pre-amplified to protect from transient electrical noise, this single-junction electrode has a gelled electrolyte and retractable cloth junction.
- Amperometric EC/TDS Sensor: A two-ring sensor provides accurate reading for low range EC and TDS levels. Includes an integrated temperature sensor for fast, compensated readings.
The quick-connect probe has a rubber coating to protect the cable and provide a water-tight seal without twisting the DIN connector. IP67 rated, this probe can take on rugged conditions.
Set-Up & Calibration
When setting up the GroLine Portable Meter you can configure the temperature unit, an auto-off function, the type of calibration you’ll use, pH resolution & calibration information, and TDS conversion factor. The LED display screen is easy to read and also provides battery level and working integrity confirmation.
pH calibration is achieved using the a single-point (QuickCal) or two-point (using solution), as well as EC quick calibration or calibration using a solution, and includes solution sachets.
Maintenance
The Hanna GroLine Multiparameter testing meter is equipped with an internal sensor check which allows it to detect a broken electrode based on a shifted ISO potential value. You can use this check at any time and replace the probe, if necessary, without replacing the entire instrument.
It also comes with electrode cleaning solution for agricultural applications as well as general cleaning when the probe becomes soiled. The probe is then rinsed using distilled water and is ready for use.

- QuickCAL: The calibration for pH (1-point) and EC are automatic and simultaneous, and displayed next to the Quick calibration tag on the screen.
- Battery: Both the battery life (percentage) and low-battery warning are displayed.
