Description
Add fresh air to your home or office with this Hessaire Window Evaporative Cooler. Ideal for dry climates, this unit installs directly into a window similar to the way a window air conditioner does.
Simple to operate, this evaporative swamp cooler has three cooling fan speeds, a high speed fan-only option, and can cool up to 2,000 square feet.
Powerful Cooling
The Hessaire DXW6100 Window Evaporative Cooler features a direct drive axial motor to deliver up to 6100 CFM of airflow.
- A 5052 aircraft aluminum prop features a swept design for high static and low dB noise
- Aluminum extrusion frame motor for superior heat dissipation and corrosion resistance
- Submersible permanent magnet sealed-rotor pump provides dependable service
- Standard ¼-inch float valve
This cooler has 80% evaporative efficiency thanks to the hi-density media, and the rigid media pads last 3-5 years.
For optimum operation, this window cooler needs sufficient air openings for the area being cooled, such as an open door or window.
Installation Options
Whether it’s your apartment, a family room, workshop, or garage, the DWX6100 is easily installed using one of two options.
- Window Installation: Insert the fan duct part of the cooler through the window, then on the outside, the tank part of the cooler fastens to the wall through the designated screw holes on the bottom.
- Through-Wall Installation: Construct a rough-in opening approximately 22.5 x 22.5 inches through the wall (a contractor may be needed for this). Then insert the fan duct through the opening—the telescoping neck adjust to accommodate wall thickness. Fasten to the outside as for window installation.
