Don’t let the heat and humidity of summer keep you uncomfortable. Designed for spaces up to 550 square feet, the Hisense AP1022TW1G 10,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner allows you can relax in cool comfort.
- Fast Installation: The included window kit with full instructions means quick and easy installation.
- Three Operating Modes: Whatever the weather, you can select Cooling, Dehumidifying, or Fan-Only mode for the most effective climate control in your space.
- Quiet Operation: Dual inverter technology ensures this portable AC runs quietly. You can also use the Sleep mode for eight hours of uninterrupted rest.
- Fully Evaporative: All accumulated moisture is vented out of the AC through the venting hose so there’s no need to drain.
Installation in a Flash
You won’t have to wait hours to begin cooling your home. Hisense includes full, simple instructions along with the complete window installation kit so you’ll be comfortable in no time.
- Window Size: The sliding window bracket with select panels can accommodate windows from 25 inches to 50 inches in width. Refer to the included chart for the correct panels for your window.
- Hoses and Adapters: Attach the adapters to each end of the exhaust hoses.
- Attach to Unit: Attach each hose end with the unit adapter to the portable AC unit.
- Bracket in the Window: Cut the included foam seal to the window width and apply. Insert the bracket into the window, close it and install the window lock brackets.
- Attach to Window Panel: Attach the hose end adapters into the openings in the window panel.
Modes of Operation
This Hisense 10,000 BTU portable AC gives you three options when it comes to controlling your indoor climate.
- Cooling: Keep calm and cool when those sweltering days arrive. Select this mode and set the thermostat to your desired temperature between 61 degrees and 86 degrees F.
- Dry: You don’t have to sweat high humidity levels. Operate the Dry mode to dehumidify your space.
- Fan: When all you need is some air circulation, you can choose from three fan speeds when you’re using the Fan operating mode.
Smartphone Control
Connect to your Wi-Fi and download the ConnectLife App from Hisense via Google Play or Apple Store, then use to control your portable AC. Power it on/off, set the thermostat, and select operating modes right from your phone.
For those who prefer it, there is also a full-function remote control for easy operation from the comfort of your favorite chair.
Full Evaporation
No need to worry about setting up and draining this portable air conditioner. Accumulated moisture is evaporated and exhausted directly through the vent hose to the outside of your home.
Additional Features
- Timer: Delay the On or Off function of your unit from 0-24 hours in 1-hour increments.
- Swing: This function allows the vertical louvers to automatically swing for fuller airflow coverage. If you want the louvers held in a specific position, press the button again to stop them.
- Sleep Mode: Choosing this mode from the controls will lower the fan speed and make automatic temperature adjustments for eight hours of optimal sleeping conditions. Use in all three operating modes.
- Dimmer: Turn off the control panel display for better sleeping or ambiance.
- Auto Fan: For automatic fan speed operation, select this fan mode and your unit will automatically adjust the fan speed as needed.
