Not much to say about the remote. It works as it should. I don't use it much. The evaporative cooler it controls is designed to be emptied into a floor drain which I don't have in my upstairs bedroom where I use it. This is its biggest drawback. I had to buy a pump to empty it into a bucket. I would recommend this if you have the right type of pump or plan to use the cooler where it can be easily pushed over a drain when you need to empty/clean or refresh the water which has to be done with a frequency depending on the mineral content of your water supply.
