I was told by a representative of the Sylvane company, prior to the purchase, that this water tank would be compatible with my unit based on the make and model number that I provided to the agent. So when he told me that it would be compatible I made the purchase. After receiving the new tank I quickly realized that it was NOT compatible with the Honeywell dehumidifier that I had. So I ended up returning the item as I couldn't use it for anything.
