Description
iLiving Washdown Wall Mount Fans are constructed from 304 electro polished stainless-steel and are USDA and FDA rated, as well as UL/cUL listed.
Available in 24-inch or 30-inch, these fans are easily wall mounted and are ideal for use in commercial kitchens, food and beverage plants, processing facilities, hospitals, and more.
Powerful Cooling Solution
These wall-mount fans create powerful airflow to create a comfortable environment for employees working in food zones. With a dual voltage motor, they can be hardwired for 115 volts or 230 volts as needed.
- 24-inch: 1/4 horsepower motor provides up to 7200 CFM, 1050 RPM, and 301W
- 30-inch: 1/3 horsepower motor provides up to 9600 CFM, 1050 RPM, and 335W
A wiring schematic is included, usually printed on the nameplate of the motor and should be wired exactly as shown. An independent disconnect switch should also be located within visual sight of the fan.
Designed for Tough Environments
Equipped with a totally enclosed motor with a junction box, these iLiving wash down fans are IP55 rated for use in moist, wet, humid, and corrosive spaces. They can withstand being washed with hot water and caustic solutions without impacting performance.
Note: These fans are not intended for use in dangerous locations such as flammable, explosive, or chemical-laden atmospheres.
Additional Features
- OSHA Compliant: Grille guards are sized in compliance with OSHA regulations for safe operation.
- Assembly: iLiving wash down fans do require assembly and mounting. A mounting base is included.
- Grounding Required: During installation, the fan must be grounded and installed in a GFCI-protected branch circuit.
- Power Cord: A power cord is NOT included with this wall-mount fan. It should be hard-wired.
