The song is great it's a second one first one lasted 3 years which we thought wasn't that long but upon installing the second one we realized there was a rubber grommet in the drain plug that was never removed from the first one that we had so only thing I can say is double check when you get it make sure you take that out when you install it somehow we never seen it and didn't know they would have put one in the drain hole other than that it's a great product we ran ours every day on 60° for 3 years and had we had that taken out it wouldn't have got water in it and had a way to drain it was our mistake but we love this AC so much we even bought it a second time not knowing at the time that the air was ours of why it stopped working hopefully this one will last much longer
