Optional Internal Pump and Other Key Features
Keep high humidity, mold, mildew, and other moisture issues at bay with these Midea 50-Pint Dehumidifiers. They offer top features such as:

Select Your Desired Humidity Level
These Midea dehumidifiers feature an onboard humidistat that automatically maintains your desired humidity level between 35-85% relative humidity. We recommend setting the control panel to 45-50% humidity for optimal comfort. Once you set your preferred humidity level, the dehumidifier will work to maintain it without any additional effort from you.
Additional Features
- Set-and-Forget Timer: Schedule your dehumidifier to turn on or off up to 24 hours in advance to run only when necessary.
- Convenient Front-Loading Water Tank: With a drawer-like design, the water tank slides out from the front and features a carrying handle and splash guard for easy and mess-free emptying.
- Washable Air Filter: Keep harmful allergens, germs, and odors at bay with the washable antibacterial filter.
- Manual or Automatic Drainage: Choose between automatic drainage with the optional internal pump or manual emptying by removing the water tank when full. The unit automatically shuts off when the tank is full, and a notification light turns on.
- Automatic Restart: After a power outage, the dehumidifier restarts with the same settings, so you don't have to reprogram it.
- Space-Saving Design: These compact dehumidifiers stand at 11.54" x 24.29" x 15.94" (H x D x W) and won't take up much floor space.

I selected this product because it had a bigger capacity than some and I needed a pump to route the water product to the sewer. It came with a 1/4 inch OD drain hose about 12 ft long which worked well. The unit functions as advertised. It was delivered by Fedex on time and in good condition. It has now been working for about a month with no problems. This is why I have given it a 5 star rating. The Midea manual is a bit disappointing. A few functions are not well described. For example the unit is supposed to connect with a router for electronic control. Very little information is given on this function. I did not need to use it so did not pursue it further. The plastic construction seems a bit flimsy. Care must be taken in it's handlng because it could be easily damaged. The one year manufactures warranty though Sylvane was very difficult to apply for. I gave up on the cell phone method given and applied for it via the more simple email method. I also bought an extended warranty though Sylvane. Getting this registered has been a nightmare. Have been working on it for over a month now and still have not got confirmation from Newleaf Service Pro.
