I bought this vacuum refurbished, but it looked completely brand new. Everything came perfectly packaged, with no signs of use. The build quality is amazing — classic Miele, solid and well-made. The suction power is impressive, equal to or even stronger than some professional backpack vacuums I've used. It easily picks up fine dust, hair, pet fur, heavier dirt… it gives that truly deep-clean feel. The only thing to note is that on certain rugs, the main floorhead can be a bit hard to move, even with the suction turned to the lowest setting. The vacuum is so powerful it tends to stick to the carpet, so sometimes I have to give it a little help. Overall, it's an excellent vacuum. If you're looking for something powerful, durable, and effective, this model is absolutely worth it — especially if you can get a refurbished one like mine that came looking new.
