Description
Modern Flames Spectrum Slimline Electric Fireplace features a hand painted canyon driftwood log set on a glacier glass ember bed. Their new Hybrid-FX™ flame technology can stand beside organic gas and wood systems.
These fireplaces install as recessed flush mount or a wall mount with a sleek 5/8-inch trim which maximizes the viewing area.
Flame & Color Display
Featuring a high intensity flame and ember bed, the Spectrum Slimline provides 12 color options with downlighting for the independently controlled flames and ember bed. Increase the brightness for the media from level 1 to level 5, and the variable speed flame control can be set for slow, medium, or fast movement.
The different sized fireplaces include a different number of driftwood logs. The 50-inch model comes with 8 logs, and the 60-inch includes 9 logs.
Installation Options
This Modern Flames electric fireplace can be simply mounted on a wall and includes the wall mounting bracket and side skirt panels for each side of the firebox and an L bracket for added support. Plug the fireplace into a 120V plug on a dedicated 15 Amp or higher breaker.
Fully recessed installation creates a smoothly finished appearance, allowing you to bring your finish material right up to the edge of the fireplace. This option requires that the fireplace be hardwired, which needs a qualified electrician to remove the plug and wire the appliance directly into the household wiring.
Heating for Cool Days
The Spectrum Slimline electric fireplace can provide comforting supplemental heat for cold days, allowing you to turn down the thermostat for more energy savings. It has both a programmable thermostat and two heater settings (low and high) for the blower fan.
This impressive fireplace also features a timer which can be set from 30 minutes to 8 hours to turn the fireplace off at a selected time. You can use the included remote control to create and adjust settings from the comfort of your favorite chair.
