Replacing a worn-out air conditioner and space heater with one quiet system is what the Pioneer Essenza 12,000 BTU Gen 2 Ductless Mini Split was designed for. It provides 12,000 BTUs of cooling and heating from a slim high-wall air handler, while the outdoor condenser does the heavy lifting outside your living space.

You get everything for a single-zone installation: the indoor air handler and outdoor condenser, a 16-foot 3/8 x 1/4-inch line set and connection wire, a wall passage sleeve, putty, leak guard sealer, wrapping tape, and both manuals. The wireless remote comes with its wall holder and batteries. From that remote, you can switch between cooling, heating, dry, and ventilation modes.

Note: Professional installation is required for this system.
