Santa Fe Optional Dehumidifier Supply Duct Kit (4033039)

Great product but a bit high priced for what u get. The two plastic rings should be made out of metal or the price should be cut in half.

Works just as you would expect. Using the blocking plate on one outlet and ducting from the other makes the unit much quieter.

The supply duct kit was sturdy and fit my Santa Fe Advance 2 perfectly. The 10"" ring clamps were initially left out of the box with the 25' of duct, but a quick call to Sylvane resulted in having them within a couple days. A real person answered the phone and they were easy to work with to solve the problem. The supply duct kit helps get the dehumidified air into the farther reaches of my crawl space to ensure that humidity levels are reduced throughout the space.

Only drawback is the screws are to short to attach the collar to the unit with the foam gasket. But that could be to engineered limitations. Screw length could be determined by potential equipment within the proximity of the enclosure. Ducting helps move some of the heat generated out of the crawlspace.

worked great except for screw hole alignment. Had to work a little extra to start screws.
