Capable of cooling and heating rooms up to 700 square feet, the Senville Leto 12,000 BTU Mini-Split Heat Pump with Wi-Fi helps to bring year-round comfort home. Use this smart air purifier to seamlessly transition between cooling, heating, dehumidification modes, and more with your smartphone or just the sound of your voice. Not just powerful, with impressive efficiency ratios, it’s an energy saver too.

Wi-Fi-Enabled Control

The Senville Leto 12,000 BTU Mini-Split Heat Pump can be controlled via a smartphone or tablet with the Alexa app or with voice control using an Alexa-enabled device. Simply download the Senville App (iTunes, Google Play), connect it to your new mini-split, and quickly be on your way.

Year-Round Operation

Unlike other options, the Senville Leto Mini-Split Heat Pump isn’t just for summer use. In addition to cool mode and 12,000 BTUs of cooling power, it’s also equipped with heat mode that keeps you warm all winter long. Dry mode removes excess moisture from your indoor air, while auto mode is great for when you’re just not sure which mode is the best one to use.

Designed for 115V Residential Power

Engineered to be hardwired to a standard 115V power system, this residential mini-split features efficient energy usage. It draws a maximum of 13A for cooling and a maximum of 13.2A for heating, limiting energy consumption and lowering your energy bill.

Installation Kit Included

Note: Professional installation is required.

These units come pre-charged with R454B refrigerant and include the necessary line set and piping for installation and hookup. Senville models come equipped and ready for installation from the moment they arrive at your door, with minimal additional cost.

Additional Features

Installation Kit: Includes a mounting plate, hardware, drain joint, and a 16-foot 1/4 x 3/8" precharged line set required for installation.
Remote Control: Thanks to an included remote control, operating this mini-split from Senville is simple.
Sleep Function: Reduce energy usage without interrupting your rest by allowing the unit to automatically adjust the temperature while you sleep.
ECO Mode: Select this setting for conserving energy, and the air conditioner will set the unit to achieve an efficient temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Turbo Button: Allows the mini-split to achieve your set temperature in the fastest amount of time possible.
Multi-Speed Fan: You have the option to manually choose between multiple fan speeds, including low, medium, high, and automatic.
Automatic Restart: If the air conditioner loses power, it will automatically restart with the prior settings once power has been restored.
Angled Air Flow: You can manually set the horizontal angle of the flow on the indoor unit and use the remote control to adjust the vertical airflow.
