Perfect for installation in new construction and even homes without existing ductwork, the Senville Leto 36,000 BTU Mini-Split Heat Pump with Wi-Fi puts year-round comfort in the palm of your hand or at the sound of your voice. Use a connected app to seamlessly transition between cooling, heating, dehumidification modes, and more. This system covers spaces as large as 1,800 square feet.
Wi-Fi-Enabled Control
The Senville Leto 36,000 BTU Mini-Split Heat Pump can be controlled via a smartphone or tablet with the Alexa app or with voice control using an Alexa-enabled device. Simply download the Senville App (iTunes, Google Play), connect it to your new mini-split, and quickly be on your way.

- Heating: When winter temperatures strike, stay warm indoors by setting any temperature between 62 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Dehumidifies Too: If your space starts to feel a little muggy, turn to dry mode and remove excess moisture from your space.
- Auto Mode: Choose your desired temperature and let this mini-split choose the best operating mode to achieve it.

- Variable Inverter Compressor: Its compressor that graduates its speed, is designed to use less energy than other air conditioners that turn on and off.
- Energy Ratings: When you see its 17.5 Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio and 12.0 Heating Seasonal Performance Factor, you know it's an energy saver.
- ECO Mode: Helps to reduce energy usage quickly by setting your room temperature to the optimal efficient temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Installation Kit Included
Note: Professional installation is required.
These units come pre-charged with R410A refrigerant and include the necessary line set and piping for installation and hookup. Senville models come equipped and ready for installation from the moment it arrive at your door, with minimal additional cost.
This unit is available with 3 different line set lengths: 16, 25, and 50-foot. You must choose the length that best fits your needs.
Additional Features
- Remote Control: Thanks to an included remote control, operating this mini-split from Senville is simple.
- Sleep Function: Reduce energy usage without interrupting your rest by allowing the unit to automatically adjust the temperature while you sleep.
- ECO Mode: Select this setting for conserving energy and the air conditioner will set the unit to achieve an efficient temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Turbo Button: Allows the mini split to achieve your set temperature in the fastest amount of time possible.
- Multi-Speed Fan: You have the option to manually choose between multiple fan speeds, including low, medium, high, and automatic.
- Automatic Restart: If the air conditioner loses power, it will automatically restart with the prior settings once power has been restored.
- Angled Air Flow: You can manually set the horizontal angle of the flow on the indoor unit and use the remote control to adjust the vertical airflow.

I bought this unit at the end of April, I just got it installed, July 1. When the the temperatures in Oklahoma are 90's and 100's. I unit was installed in my 30x40 shop building with 12 ft wall. I bought the 36000 btu unit because of the higher ceiling. After it was installed and tested the installer set the thermostat to 72. It was 96 degrees outside and 80+ humidity. It took it less than an hour to bring the temperature down and keep it there. If it holds up and continues to perform like this is will be money well spent.
