Whirlpool is our go to brand for everything in our home. We were overdue on replacing the filter on our air purifiers and honestly, we did squirm a bit at the cost of the filter at first, as we have two, one on each level of our home. Our family consists of a German Shepard, Boston Terrier & a very large, long-haired cat, plus we recently inherited our parents Golden Retriever. With all the pet dander & hair we ordered two original Whirlpool filters and were absolutely thrilled with the sturdy quality of the filters. These are not flimsy light weight filters! We will definitely be replacing these filters with the recommended Whirlpool filters in the future. We have never been disappointed in Whirlpool.
