Pleased with service, arrived on time. I called customer service to verify size for my purifier, found agent to be courteous and helpful. I also had help with setting the reset button, you use a paper clip, insert in tiny hole. I have enjoyed this unit, it amazes me how much dust it picks up.

I was so happy to find this product, I had searched everywhere and couldn't find these filters I thought I was going to have to ditch my Winix Air Purifier. I think that the description of the product could be clearer. I wasn't sure about the size, and that information would have made me more confident in my purchase. It was the perfect size and I ordered a backup set!
