Description
Original Dehumidifier Risers from Santa Fe are designed to elevate your Santa Fe dehumidifier to enhance draining through the condensate line. This added elevation of 6 inches also facilitates the installation of a condensate drain trap or pump if needed.
In addition, these risers provide a stable platform to install the unit itself and ensure the dehumidifier is level for optimum performance.
Note: Package includes risers only. Dehumidifier not included with purchase.

Bought this dehumidifier a few weeks ago for use in a very tight (42"" high) crawlspace which had become wet due to poor exterior drainage. I had been quoted between $5,000 - $11,000 for installation of a ""French drain"" system around the perimeter so I figured the cost of this was a small risk. Boy was I right ! The unit has performed better than I expected because there was so much water in the crawlspace. It is AWESOME working continuously and quietly. We will soon reduce the setting to automatic mode as the space is almost bone dry, and I would definitely purchase this again.

We use crawlspace dehumidifiers for our moisture investigation business (de Verges & Associates Environmental Consulting, Inc) all the time. The Santa Fe unit is small, simple and dependable. I have installed many of these and I had one fail under warranty and Santa Fe was very easy to work with. I mailed the unit to them and they repaired it and mailed it back. It is working great now. We purchased cheaper Chinese equipment in the past but the failure rate was so incredibly hi with no service work available. the Santa Fe unit is made in the US, you defiantly get what you pay for.

We purchased the risers along with the compact dehumidifier preferring the Sylvane risers over cinder block or other material not designed for the specific purpose. The risers will not absorb moisture and add to the commercial/professional application of the compact dehumidifier.
