I installed this last 6 days ago. The most difficult thing was getting it into the upper attic. I live in the Houston area and for the last couple of weeks it has been 95% RH outside 70-75% inside. The 120H has dropped the RH 10 -15% and seems to be trying to get it lower. My house is comfrtable again. I only connected this to the downstairs about 2900sf. The install was not to hard I took my time so most of a Saturday. It certainly was not worth the $2800 install cost that was on the estimates I recieved. I connected this to my EcoBee thermistat. That went smoothly and seems to be working ok. I think I will have to tweek it a little. Overall I am very pleased with the device and with Sylvane getting me the products I ordered in an a timely fashion.

Using this as whole house dehumidifier. It hooked into our hvac. It works flawlessly and keep humidity down. We have had another Sante Fe dehumidifier in our garage for a few years. It also works great with no issues; therefore, it was a must to buy another Sante Fe for our whole house dehumidification.
