Filters can last up to 1 year; however, checking the status of your filter every 6 months is recommended for optimum operating efficiency.

    Clean air

    Amazingly, when Bix installed their brand dehumidifier 5+ years ago, they never said anything about filters. When it died, I opted for the Sante Fe as a replacement and learned about how important filters were. I must say, in just 1 months of use, I can really tell the difference.
