Perfect for new or remodeled living spaces, offices, and workspaces, the Friedrich Uni-Fit 14,000 BTU Thru-the-Wall AC easily cools areas between 700 - 750 square feet. It features 14,000 BTUs of cooling and pushes up to 265 CFMs of air. Control features and modes with the free Friedrich GO app and pair with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
Other features include QuietMaster Technology, energy saving features, multiple fan speeds, and more.
The Uni-Fit’s smaller dimensions fit a range of sleeve sizes, ranging from 24.5 – 27-inches. For new installation, a wall sleeve will need to be purchased separately.
Friedrich GO App
Quickly make adjustments in the car, at the office, or from your sofa with the Friedrich GO app. Download for free for smartphones and tablets, and pair it with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Create seven-day schedules for your space, and operate temperature, 24-hour timer, and power modes all on the app to save and reduce energy usage.

Upgraded to this from an LG 10,000 BTU unit. We're still in the dead of winter so I can't speak to the day to day regular operation of the unit just yet, but so far it is mostly what I had hoped. Connecting to WiFi is easy, and using the app is even easier. The compressor is pretty quiet. Of course the fan makes a fair amount of noise, as any machine moving air would. Build quality is good. The unit I received came with a slight dent in the corner and Sylvane promptly discounted my purchase for it. One of the rarer qualities that attracted to me to this unit was the Friedrich claim that it is engineered to block noise. This seems to actually work to some degree, dampening some noise from the outside seeping in and vice versa. It's not a miracle solution, but it's better than my last AC which effectively left a hole in the wall. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and I think it's going to more effectively cool my condo in the warmer weather. I'll update this review if that proves false come the summer time. #sweepstakes

Works like a champ! I pray it lasts as long as the 50 year old Sears unit it replaced. I've seen plenty of Friedrich units on my jobs that have held up well. This and the similarity in size were my reasons for choosing this unit.

From Sylvane 7/20. To Hudson Apl confirmed refrigerant leak. Got new one from Friedrich. 2023 same problem. Now no one to verify. Friedrich/Sylvane will not refund remaining warranty. Bad Quality.
