Description

The TrolMaster Carbon-X System provides protection for your commercial growing operation by monitoring CO₂ levels for up to 13 separate zones or rooms, satisfying all local and state regulations.

You can also control devices such as main CO₂ valves, ventilation fans, and dampers, and create an automatic shut-off trigger for enhanced safety.

CO₂ Monitoring

Connect the CO₂ sensor to the Carbon-X system for round-the-clock monitoring. If the level should rise to an unsafe level, the system can shut down the flow, vent the area, and turn on visible and audible alarms.

A signal can be sent to the fire alarm panel and an emergency call to the fire department, as well as operating ventilation fans and dampers to alleviate the high CO₂ level.

The Carbon-X System can control up to 40 outputs in total with each output linked to an individual sensor or all sensors for customized programming.

Emergency Control

When high, unsafe CO₂ levels are detected, the emergency stop station (DSE-1) or low volt station (DSV-2) will shut off the solenoid valve of the CO₂ tank automatically, while the CO₂ device station will turn on ventilation fans in up to 13 zones.

The dry contact station (DSD-1) can integrate with the emergency fire alarm system to the local fire department.

Alarms and Alerts

Safety in commercial operations is of primary importance and the TrolMaster Carbon-X controls both audible and visible alarms that can be mounted inside or outside the growing space. Alarms are triggered when CO₂ levels rise above safe or normal levels.

You can also link them to low level sensors or to both high (30,000ppm) and low (5,000ppm) sensors for complete redundancy. The AS—2/3/4 visible alarm also has an LED display indicator and LCD display showing the digital ppm level reading.

Control Remotely

The free TrolMaster App can be used to change settings and view data, plus, with internet connectivity to cloud service, you can receive push alert notifications anywhere at any time. Easily link the Carbon-X to the App by opening the TrolMaster App and scanning the QR code on the front LCD screen of the controller.

Multiple Colors: The visible alarm is available in Red, Orange, and Blue to meet different fire regulation requirements.
Plug & Play: All sensors and control modules, or device stations, are connected to the CDA-1 (Carbon-X) with a standard RJ12 cable and splitter hub which are included with them.
Customizable Settings: Each device connected to the system have user-selectable settings which can be easily customized.
Auto Shut-Off: To ensure safe operation of CO₂, your facility’s main solenoid valve can be wired in series with one of the system control modules. If unsafe CO₂ levels are detected, the valve will be shut off.
Audio-Visual Alarm: Each grow room or area can be monitored with audio & visual alarm to alert personnel as to whether the room is safe to occupy.
