Durable and affordable, the Hessaire 18-inch shutter fan easily exhausts out heat, moisture and odors. Commonly used in attics, garages, restaurants and other areas up to 800 square feet. The Hessaire 18 Inch Shutter Mounted Exhaust Fan is available with a single speed fan or a variable speed fan.

The American-made Hessaire Shutter Mounted Exhaust Fan stands up to tough conditions with its durable steel and aluminum construction. It also features a corrosion-resistant design. The OSHA compliant wire guard spacing leads to efficient operation and long lifespan.
Single or Multi-Fan Speed Options
If you’re looking for a consistent speed continuously, the single-speed fan is likely the best option for you, covering up to 550 square feet. However, the variable fan speed option features airflow up to 3,130 CFMs for use in areas up to 800 square feet.
Note: The variable speed fan requires an additional purchase of an eight-amp variable speed controller.

I installed this fan in a window in my attic, which is about 1000 square feet. The fan performs amazingly! It's so powerful that is pulls in fresh air thru the windows downstairs. On hot days I run the fan all day and keep the doors and windows closed downstairs, resulting in cool temps all day. On cooler days, I run the fan and open the windows and doors downstairs and the fan keeps a nice steady flow of cool air all thru the house. I can't believe I suffered thru so many hot California days for so long. This fan is a very good investment and easy to install.
