Designed for years of use, the newly-redesigned Friedrich UCT08B10A is ideal for new construction or replacing an old through-wall AC. With 8,000 BTUs of cooling power, use it in bedrooms, offices or other rooms up to 350 square feet.
The chassis is designed to fit sleeves from 24.5 to 27 inches.
Seven-Day Programming
Another customer favorite feature is you can control this air conditioner from your iPhone with the app. It’s simple to set up and then you can control it from anywhere:
- Set a seven-day custom schedule around your needs.
- Change the mode, fan speed or set temperature.
- Control multiple units or invite other people to manage one or more units. This is helpful for people who have multiple units or these are used in commercial/business settings.
- Future app updates include plans for being smart grid capable and smart home ready for use with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
