The ultimate in convenience combined with efficient cooling, the Friedrich 12,000 BTU Uni-Fit Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner features built-in Wi-Fi control via the free GO app, plus compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
With new technology for quiet operation, this sleek, Energy Star-rated wall AC will keep you cool and comfortable all summer long. Select either the 120V or 240V model to fit your home.
Note: The 110/120V unit is 125-volt AC that uses a NEMA 5-15P plug type.
Note: The 220/240V unit is 250-volt AC that uses a NEMA 6-15P plug type.
On-the-Go Control
The Friedrich Uni-Fit Wall air conditioner has been updated with built-in Wi-Fi control so you don’t need any additional accessories in order to access. Save money, reduce wasted energy, and lower maintenance costs while extending the life of your AC.
Just download the free Friedrich GO app and you can create 7-day schedules, operate the 24-hour timer, turn the unit on or off, or make adjustments using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Their simplified set-up process makes it easy!

Standard, Easy Installation
The Uni-Fit wall AC may boast a lot of new features, but its chassis still fits in a standard 24.5 to 27-inch sleeve, which makes replacing an existing unit easy. If you’re installing this as a new unit, the Friedrich USC sleeve (sold and shipped separately) is necessary for correct installation.
An attractive trim ring is included and provides a finished and neat appearance.

I ordered this AC to replace an older Friedrich 15,000 BTU unit, I was able to use the old sleeve despite the new one was smaller. The installation instructions were kind of hard to follow, but with the foam spacers I was able to get it in and level it. Once installed it turned on and works Great! Also, when I first ordered this product, I received the wrong thing in the mail, I was upset at first and called Sylvane right away. There customer service Rep fixed the situation on the spot and shipped me my AC right away and got it 2 days later. I highly respect that and how Sylvane handled an obvious mistake. Great people that work there!!! and would definitely buy from them again...

I have this unit in the living room of my apartment which is approx. 975 sq. ft. With all of our windows closed, this makes the living room cold and the rest of the apartment comfortable when I have it on 68 degrees. The only thing that I don't like is the money saver feature, which keeps going on automatically (that's really annoying).

I love the my new AC Friedrich 12K BTU 110V UNIFIT. I live in NYC and currently the temp is in the 90s and this AC manages to keep my apartment cool. The fact you can control the AC with your phone is a plus.
