I purchased the white faux stone fireplace. It is absolutely beautiful. The stone is very elegant combined with the white mantle. The firebox is very pretty with nice flames, embers and brick. The fireplace was very easy to put together and very high quality. My mantle did arrive damaged, as other purchasers have also experienced. But a replacement arrived in just a week, and was worth the wait.

Everything is great about our new fireplace. We moved from Maine to the Jacksonville, FL area, 4 years ago. We love this area, to get out of the cold winds and snow, but something was missing. Then I saw on line the SEI Canyon Heights Electric Fireplace. I ordered it. That was what was missing, the coziness and warmth of this fireplace. It has brought such enjoyment to my husband and myself and even some romantic times. Sometimes we have chilly mornings, our fireplace gives plenty of heat. We love it. I turn on the fireplace first thing in the morning when I open the blinds to let the morning light in. I look so forward to seeing the flames all day long and do leave the fireplace on all day. I love that I do not have to have heat on and can just have the flames glowing and flickering. I love the looks of the fireplace and am continually told by friends how beautiful it is. The ease of simply plugging it into the socket was very important to me.

Delivery was prompt but the package did not include the hardware and the top of the mantel was chipped. Customer service was gracious enough to send me replacements parts no questions asked.
